Laos Expeditions is a specialist Laos Tour Operator based in Luang Prabang in Laos, with regional offices of dedicated staff in Vientiane and Pakse. The company's founder and CEO is Moun Phalla, a native of neighbouring Cambodia who started his travel industry life in 1999 as a tour guide introducing visitors to the wonders of the Angkor temples.
Phalla is a strong believer that anyone aspiring to run a successful tour company should spend time working in the field with guests, at the 'business end' of the tour industry if you like, as he feels that this is an invaulable way of gaining a true insight into the wants and needs of foreign visitors.
Building on his guiding experience in 2001 Phalla went on to study business courses at universities in both Cambodia and Malaysia. Upon graduating Phalla's travel career went from strength to strength culminating in a permanent move to Laos in 2007.
Selling tours both directly to the general public and also in partnership with an impressive selection of prestigious tour operators based in the UK, USA and Europe, Laos Expeditions has a comprehensive and innovative range of tours throughout Laos.
